Let clients create missing Meta assets during onboarding

Agencies asked for a way to handle clients who do not have a Business Manager, ad account, page, pixel or catalog yet. Instead of sending the client away to set things up in Meta and hoping they return, the onboarding flow should let them create the missing asset on the spot and continue granting access. Shipped in July 2026 on the Pro and Enterprise plans. See the changelog post for details.
