Get notified when your Facebook connection stops working
When a Facebook connection expires or is revoked, nothing tells you today. Your clients then cannot grant you access to Meta assets through your access requests until someone notices.
We are adding an alert for exactly this. When your Facebook connection becomes invalid, you get an email straight away, and a Slack message too if your agency has Slack connected. Reminders follow on the next two days and once more a week later, and they stop the moment you reconnect. Only the person whose connection broke is notified, so team members are not spammed about each other's accounts.
Available on all plans with an active subscription. Slack alerts require a plan that includes the Slack channel.
