Slack alert when a client cannot use a request link
When a client opens a single-use request link that is already linked to another client, they cannot grant access, and today you only hear about it by email: "Action Required: Couldn't Grant You Access for Request #1018".
Two improvements are on the way. The same alert will also be posted to your Slack channel, if your agency has Slack connected, so it lands where your team already works. And the message will name the client the request is already linked to, name and email, alongside the client who just tried, so you can tell at a glance whether to send a new link or make the request reusable.
The client-facing message stays as it is. The linked client's details are only shown to your agency.
Slack alerts require a plan that includes the Slack channel. The improved email applies on all plans.
