A refreshed client onboarding flow with clearer messages

Over the summer we went through the client onboarding flow screen by screen. Individually these are small changes. Together they make the flow noticeably easier for clients to get through.

Choosing assets. Every asset picker now shows the asset type icon, has a search field inside it, and uses placeholders that name the platform and asset ("Select a Google Ads account"). When a client's account has nothing to share, the picker says so and names the account they signed in with, so they can tell straight away whether they used the wrong login.

Layout and readability. Text and controls on the client steps are larger, the layout is capped and centred on wide screens, and the whole flow works properly on phones and tablets. The access status is one card instead of several, and the Next button is disabled while a submission is in flight so nothing gets sent twice.

Clearer messages when something is off. When a single-use request link has already been used by another client, they now see a clear "Access request unavailable" screen that names your agency as the one to contact, instead of a vague banner. If a platform refuses a request, the client sees the reason instead of being signed out. And a wrong or no longer existing access request link shows a proper "not found" page.

Behind the scenes. Sign-in and session handling got sturdier: agency users no longer get stuck on "You are already logged in" after Google sign-in, and a client's session is no longer interrupted when an agency dashboard is open in the same browser. Meta grants are more resilient to Meta's temporary errors, and clients with a very large number of Meta businesses can now list their pages without hitting Meta's data limits. Search Console domain properties now show their correct name in the picker instead of a truncated one.

All of this applies on all plans.
