Greet your clients with a welcome video

The first thing a client sees when they open your access request is now up to you. With the new Onboarding Welcome Video you can greet them in your own voice before they take a single step.

Paste a YouTube or Loom link under Agency Settings and the client's first screen shows your video beside the three steps they are about to take. Use it to introduce your agency, explain why you need access, or simply put a face to the name.

Agencies without a video keep the familiar "3 Simple Steps" layout, which has been refreshed as well.

Onboarding Welcome Video is included on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
